Perma-Bond® Patching System is a repair and color-matching kit made to fix chips, cracks, and surface flaws on refinished surfaces. It restores a factory-finish look with lasting results. This system offers controlled blending and tint options for a close color match.
When paired with Shurbond repair fillers and primers, Perma-Bond® delivers smooth, color-matched repairs that are ready for final finishing.
System Includes
- Patching Paint (16 oz or 32 oz)
- Hardener (4 oz or 8 oz)
- Clear Patching Primer (2 oz or 4 oz)
- Thinning Solvent / Cleaner (8 oz or 16 oz)
- Four 2 oz Tint Colors
Tint colors vary by selected base color. For example, Almond systems include White tint instead of Red.
Mix Ratio
4:1 ratio (Base to Hardener)
Reducer may be added as needed for application adjustment.
Application Overview
- Complete surface repair using compatible filler
- Sand and feather repair area smooth
- Apply Perma-Bond® Patching Primer
- Blend patching paint to match surrounding surface
- Allow proper cure prior to final finishing
