Shurbond products are professional-grade coatings and refinishing systems intended for use by trained professionals. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
Returns
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to inspection and approval.
To be eligible for return:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Items must not be mixed, tinted, or altered
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Mixed or partially used coatings
- Custom or specialty color orders
- Tinted products
- Chemical etching products once opened
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
