CX-77 Topcoat Cure Accelerator is a professional-grade additive designed to reduce cure time in compatible Shurbond Ultra-Glas 2000 topcoat systems. When used at recommended levels, CX-77 accelerates chemical crosslinking to shorten dry time while maintaining coating integrity.

This additive is intended for professional refinishing applications where reduced return-to-service time is required.

Performance Overview

• Reduces dry time to approximately 4–6 hours

• Shortens tape-pull and masking removal time

• Decreases overall project turnaround time

Note: CX-77 will significantly reduce pot life once added.

Mixing Guidelines

For standard Ultra-Glas 2000 topcoat systems:

• Add 6 drops per 10 oz. base color

• Do not exceed 10 drops per pint of catalyzed topcoat

Always mix thoroughly and apply immediately after blending.

Important Usage Notes

• Do not use with fast-dry topcoat formulations

• Do not exceed recommended dosage levels

• Reduced pot life (approximately 15–30 minutes) should be expected

• Clean spray equipment immediately after use
